Responsibilities include inventory control, merchandising, and executing sales strategies to boost store profitability. The role involves managing store operations, coaching staff, and maintaining Skechers’ high standards for display and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management and achieving targets is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect Skechers standards.
• Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Manage store operations including scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and safety.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and monitoring KPIs.
