You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations while supporting the management team with sales initiatives and initiatives to maximize profitability. The role involves mentoring staff, maintaining Skechers’ brand standards, and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and delivering results.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve goals and deliver great customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure store displays meet high Skechers standards.
