As a Retail Store Manager, you will inspire your team, share expertise, and promote a creative, incentive-based work environment. Your role will positively impact the community by expanding access to Spectrum’s services.

Responsibilities include:

• Building high-performing teams through collaboration and best practices.
• Coaching sales representatives to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Developing positive customer relationships and utilizing probing techniques to overcome obstacles.
• Delivering excellent customer service while exceeding operational metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
