Job summary

Mobily LLC, one of the largest AT&T authorized retailers in the nation, is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and store operations. You will drive performance, coach a team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across the district.

You will manage inventory, roll out new products and services, and partner with the District Manager to achieve growth. This role requires bilingual communication, a proactive mindset, and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years of retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years recruiting and developing store sales teams.
• Strong sales skills and ability to meet performance targets.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach others.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in PC, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to support locations within 30 minutes radius.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
