Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in sales management and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure product displays meet high standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and organize restocking for a seamless shopping experience.
