Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd. in Saint Louis, MO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team, lead a team, and ensure outstanding customer service. You will manage inventory, visualize merchandising, and drive daily store performance.

Qualifications

Experience in sales management, delivering results and meeting targets.
Strong communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal.
Retail, restaurant or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver customer service.
Act as brand ambassador by ensuring product displays meet Skechers' standards.
Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures.
Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding targets.
Proactively address operational challenges and customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
