Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales, profit, and customer experience targets.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, coach, and, when necessary, counsel or terminate associates.
• Direct and supervise associates engaged in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Build staffing levels to support store performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management.
