Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Store Manager or equivalent retail leadership role.
• 5–7 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to meet sales goals, profit objectives, and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales performance and address opportunities to drive results.
• Maintain payroll, shrink control, and operating expenses.
• Ensure inventory controls and shrink prevention standards are followed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and, when needed, counsel or terminate associates per policy.
• Direct and supervise associates in sales, inventory, cash handling, and customer service.
• Build staffing levels to support operations and performance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to store associates.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service in a safe, organized environment.
• Reinforce adherence to policies and loss prevention standards.
• Ensure merchandising, operational, and visual standards are executed consistently.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
