Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop associates.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, and store expenses.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer care and service standards in every interaction.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes.
• Coaches and schedules store associates to meet staffing and business needs.
• Maintains store security and protects company assets.
