You will mentor and schedule associates, uphold store standards, and manage merchandising and inventory processes to meet goals. The role emphasizes team growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Ability to lead and develop Associate teams to deliver great customer experiences.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight of sales and profit goals, payroll budgets, and store expenses.
• Demonstrate Ollie’s customer-centric behaviors in every interaction.
• Execute merchandising and store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes.
• Coach, train, evaluate, and schedule store associates to meet staffing needs.
• Maintain security of the store location and assets.
