Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Mississippi seeks a Store Manager to lead the operation, build a focused Associate team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will provide financial oversight of sales and profit goals, manage payroll budgets, store banking, shrink reduction, and other key company initiatives; you will coach, train, evaluate, and schedule store associates to meet business needs.

This role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years retail management, and flexible

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides financial oversight of sales and profit goals, including payroll budgets, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer-service behaviors in interactions with associates and customers.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Acts as a talent grower: coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision and scheduling of store associates.
• Maintains security of the store location and company assets.
