Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Brandon, MS is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead the store team and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee merchandising, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory to meet financial goals.

The role requires 3+ years of retail management, schedule flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays, and a valid driver’s license. Ollie’s offers strong benefits, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals including payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s Yes I Care, Yes I Can behaviors in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer experiences.
• Executes merchandising, store standards, seasonal transition planning, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Acts as a talent grower: coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store associates.
• Maintains proper security of the store location and all company assets.
