Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Retail Store Manager in the United States to lead and develop the store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Market Manager to align on goals and uphold brand standards across the store.

The role involves managing staffing, coaching, and daily operations, while building customer relationships, resolving escalations, and implementing promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience in destination-style retail environment.
• Proven ability to lead others and motivate sales culture.
• Comfort with technology and mobile/video platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team alongside the Market Manager to exceed sales targets and operational goals while ensuring a welcoming and organized retail environment
• Foster strong customer relationships by resolving escalations, listening actively and utilizing proven sales techniques to retain and upgrade customers
• Ensure the store upholds Spectrum’s brand standards and delivers outstanding sales and customer care
• Assess sales behaviors and product knowledge, collaborating with management to drive improvements and embrace change
• Identify sales and operational issues, developing actionable strategies to enhance store performance
• Provide subject matter expertise on store functions, Spectrum products, pricing, promotions and service features, including insights on competitors
• Maintain operational excellence in store appearance, inventory management and staffing while minimizing losses
• Support employee engagement by onboarding, training and retaining top talent and managing team schedules
• Deliver daily coaching and feedback through various forums to promote continuous learning and high performance
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including inventory and cash management
