Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales in Paris, KY. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets.

You will build community relationships, implement merchandising direction from corporate HQ, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies. This role requires in-store leadership, strong communication, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
