Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build relationships with team members.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks.
• Frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling and climbing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster growth.
