You will recruit and coach associates, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Training Manager and Retail Shop Team Leader to meet sales goals while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees.
• Recruit and hire quality associates.
• Provide first rate coaching and training.
• Meeting sales and profit goals.
• Controlling expenses and inventory.
