Job summary

Russell Stover Chocolates is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Bluffton retail shop, helping deliver exceptional customer experiences while overseeing daily operations and staff development. You will report to the Training Manager and Team Leader of Retail Shops, ensuring strong merchandising and efficient store performance.

In this role you will recruit, coach, and supervise associates, manage schedules, and coordinate in-house production of confection items.

Qualifications

• 3 years of prior retail management experience.
• Customer service and selling experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using an email service.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 5 lbs. with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to constantly stand, bend, reach and work with your hands.

Responsibilities

• Supervising, leading, and motivating employees.
