Job summary

Mobilelink is seeking a Retail Store Manager in Pleasant Hills, PA to lead sales, service and operations for the location. You will coach a team, drive performance, manage inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales goals.

The role requires at least two years of retail sales management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales, service, and customer-experience initiatives in-store.
• Inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Always deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with the District Manager to launch new products or processes.
• Ensure staff are trained on promotions to sell with confidence.
• Assist with HR and LP investigations and on-floor coaching.
• Schedule staff to meet budgeted hours and maintain a clean, inviting store.
