The ideal candidate has at least two years of retail sales management, strong leadership, and the ability to recruit and develop staff, work flexible hours, and travel within the radius when needed.

Qualifications

• Two years proven retail sales management experience.
• Two years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for the execution of sales, service, and customer experience initiatives in-store.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve performance targets.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Educate staff on the compensation plan to maximize sales.
• Partner with management to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Schedule staff to budgeted hours and maintain store standards.
