Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs (55 lbs occasionally)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Oversee and delegate store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
