Job summary

Omaha Steaks is seeking a store leader to recruit, train and develop a high-performing sales team, delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals. You will schedule staff, manage daily store operations and ensure accurate inventory, displays, and promotions.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, meeting sales targets, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the District Manager to implement company programs.

Qualifications

• 2-year college degree in sales or marketing or equivalent.
• Exemplary customer service and communication skills.
• One to two years retail sales and supervisory/management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides highest level of sales, customer service and satisfaction when assisting the Customer.
• Hire, trains, retains and supervises store employees with ongoing performance management and coaching.
• Achieves or exceeds store customer service, sales and profit objectives.
• Manages inventory control and orders/maintains physical inventory and operating supplies.
• Maintains store operation, opening/closing, and adherence to training manuals.
