Catalyst Brands seeks a Store Manager to lead and engage the team, optimize merchandise and store operations, and develop associates to drive sales growth. You will implement the store strategy, train staff, and execute programs designed to boost profitability.

In this role, you’ll analyze performance, communicate goals, and actively coach for improvement. You’ll also oversee Salon/Beauty operations as part of Specialty Businesses and ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years retail leadership experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
