Job summary

Catalyst Brands seeks a Store Manager (Specialty) to lead a high-performing team, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and drive store profitability. You will hire and train associates, oversee operations, and nurture talent while upholding brand standards across a specialty segment.

You report to the District Manager and will be accountable for achieving sales and service goals, employee development, and maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in apparel with similar volume.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to work evenings and weekends.
• May require travel to other store locations and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use statistics and market knowledge to create action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent.
• Motivate and engage teams by identifying strengths and providing feedback.
• Communicate clear expectations and hold the team accountable for results.
• Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met.
• Oversee controllable expenses such as payroll and training to increase profitability.
• Establish trust with the team and handle competing beliefs or perspectives calmly.
• Provide leadership with floor sets, window changes, and merchandising expectations.
• Schedule employees to maximize productivity.
