Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provides the financial oversight of all sales and profit goals to include payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction and other key company initiatives.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s core values in delivering exceptional Associate and Customer service experiences; ensures standards are met in all interactions.
• Executes merchandising strategies, store standards, seasonal transitions, and inventory processes to meet goals.
• Coaches, trains, develops, evaluates, supervises, and schedules store associates to meet business needs and staffing budgets.
• Maintains security of the store location and assets.
