Job summary

Spirit Halloween Store is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store. You will maximize sales and profitability by strengthening Guest Services and controlling expenses.

You will be responsible for shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Minimum age 21 and a flexible schedule are required; physical duties include standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Prior retail management experience required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Minimum age 21+.
