Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the full operation of a seasonal store, driving sales and profitability while ensuring excellent guest service. You will manage shrink, inventory, merchandising, staffing, setup, and teardown, with a focus on cost control and safety.

The role requires a 21+ age, flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods. Previous retail management experience is required, and the position demands physical tasks such as lifting up to 50

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
• Establish and maintain Guest Services while controlling expenses.
• Manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, and seasonal teardown.
• Schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage and guest service.
• Perform physical tasks including standing 8+ hours, climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs.
