Spirit Halloween is seeking a Store Manager to oversee the total operation of a seasonal store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability throughout operations. You will maintain guest services, control expenses, and manage staffing, merchandising, and the setup/teardown of seasonal fixtures.

The role requires prior retail management experience, flexibility in scheduling, and physical stamina for long hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and is accountable for the total operation of a store.
• Establishes and maintains Guest Services and controls expenses.
• Handles shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
