Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced telecom retail environment. The role focuses on coaching staff, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily store operations and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has senior-level retail leadership experience, proven sales results, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Store Manager
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ablity to stand for long periods of time
• Lift up to 25lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals
• Monitor KPIs including sales performance, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class customer experience
