Blufox Mobile is hiring a Retail Store Manager to lead our location and drive sales performance in a fast-paced telecom retail environment. You will coach a high-performing team, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure an excellent customer experience through strong leadership and operations management.

We highly value bilingual leadership (English and Spanish preferred), analytics, and the ability to develop staff via coaching, performance reviews, and development plans.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to coach teams and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
