Job summary

Family Dollar in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee all daily operations, train and develop staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while safeguarding assets.

You will build relationships with the community, engage in outreach, and implement merchandising directions from our corporate headquarters, with full-time expectations and a focus on delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.).
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing and physical activity.
