Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Florida location, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, foster a customer-focused culture, and manage day-to-day store operations to ensure strong performance.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership in wireless/telecom retail, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze KPIs to drive improvement.
