Job summary

Blufox Mobile is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a dynamic sales team at our Delray Beach location. You will coach staff, drive revenue, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while managing daily operations and store performance.

The role demands strong leadership, a track record of achieving sales goals, and the ability to train and develop employees in a fast-paced, telecom retail environment. Bilingual skills and familiarity with Comcast Xfinity are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Retail Store Manager, Sales Manager, or Wireless Store Manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve performance goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail sales team.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new employees.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused, and sales-driven culture.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Drive store revenue and exceed sales goals.
