Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Retail Store Manager in Alexandria, LA to lead sales, service and customer experience in-store. You will coach the team, drive performance, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while executing company programs.

The role requires strong leadership, retail management experience, and the ability to train staff on products and promotions, with a focus on actionable results and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven retail sales management experience.
• 2+ years recruiting, hiring, and developing store sales teams.
• Excellent sales skills and ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate a PC, wireless devices, copier and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for execution of sales, service, and customer experience in-store.
• Inspire, engage, and motivate the team to succeed through leadership.
• Create a work environment where all employees can excel.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Educate personnel on the compensation plan and maximize sales.
• Partner with District Manager to launch new products, services, or processes.
• Ensure employees are trained on new products and promotions.
• Assist HR and Loss Prevention with internal investigations.
• Support on the sales floor to coach and develop staff.
• Schedule and staff to budgeted hours; manage coverage.
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere for customers.
• Adhere to back-office compliance, processes, reports and policies.
• Respond promptly to all communications; complete training on time.
• Protect assets and ensure timely completion of store duties.
