Job summary

Prime Communications in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will coach assistants and consultants, manage daily operations, and execute store initiatives with district support.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong track record in retail, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
