Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team in Oakdale, CA. You will coach Sales Consultants, manage store operations, and drive sales performance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will partner with the District Manager, implement company initiatives, and promote career growth through internal development and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
• Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
