Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team and drive overall store success. You will coach staff, promote AT&T products, manage daily operations, and build community relationships to grow sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
• 1-2+ years of retail, sales or customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to nearby store locations.
• Must complete AT&T and Prime Communications training.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
• Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
• Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive work environment.
• Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
• Partner with District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and strategies.
• Ensure operational excellence while protecting assets and maintaining policy compliance.
• Build relationships within the local community and represent the AT&T brand.
