Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail sales management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, dependable and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Ability to learn and use Navision retail software.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service while helping customers select safety footwear
• Learn product lines and explain features, fit and benefits to customers
• Learn and use Navision Technology to help customers optimize fit
• Process sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments using POS systems
• Look up customer information, purchase history and program details
• Maintain clean, organized and fully stocked showroom displays
• Merchandise incoming inventory and assist with inventory management
• Support local store growth through outreach, marketing and customer engagement
• Assist with store operations and administrative tasks
• Create a positive, team-oriented store environment
