Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar volume apparel business.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• May require travel to other stores and attend district meetings.

Responsibilities

• Use data and market knowledge to create action plans for financial, customer-service and operational goals.
• Understand product knowledge and selling skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build brand loyalty using company tools.
• Attract, develop and retain top talent; motivate teams by leveraging strengths.
• Schedule employees to maximize productivity and maintain store standards.
• Oversee payroll, training, merchandising and expenses to increase profitability.
