Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales, service, and operational excellence. You will coach and develop store staff while ensuring policy compliance and a premier customer experience.

Qualifications

6+ months of retail management or leadership experience.
1-2+ years of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
Drive store performance through effective coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
Recruit, train, and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and operational compliance.
Partner with your District Manager to execute company initiatives, product launches, and business strategies.
Ensure operational excellence while protecting company assets and maintaining policy compliance.
Build strong relationships within your local community while representing the AT&T brand.
