Job summary

Prime Communications, the largest authorized AT&T retailer in the U.S., is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead store performance and coach a high-performing team. You will drive sales, ensure outstanding customer experience, and collaborate with leadership to implement company initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Deliver exceptional customer experience while promoting AT&T products and services.
Drive store performance through coaching, role-playing, and performance management.
Recruit, train and develop future leaders while creating a positive, engaging work environment.
Manage daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, scheduling, and compliance.
Partner with District Manager to execute initiatives, launches, and strategies.
Ensure operational excellence while protecting assets and maintaining policy compliance.
Build relationships within the local community representing the AT&T brand.
