Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and assist in managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Contribute to action plans to achieve department and store goals.
• Assume store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to support profitability.
• Lead staff to meet department standards and keep Store Manager informed of trends.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained and promote services and merchandise.
• Uphold all store policies and internal controls; report potential fraud.
