Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan actions for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Serve as acting manager in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as outlined in the service manuals.
