Qualifications

• Experience in retail environment, footwear and apparel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Plan and execute selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as store leader in Store Manager’s absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards.
• Inform Store Manager about inventory movement and trends.
• Maintain quality customer service.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold all company policies and manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
