Rent-A-Center in Pensacola Beach, FL is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead the store’s sales and operations. You will set goals, supervise coworkers, approve rental agreements, and monitor revenue performance to drive growth.

In this role you will also oversee collections, provide leadership and training, and ensure compliance with policies while protecting company assets. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record; occasional vehicle use.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, supervise sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, train staff on procedures.
• Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, oversee inventory and pricing.
