Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required or preferred.
• Experience as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in grocery/big box retail.
• Proficiency in scheduling, inventory, payroll, P&L analysis, and project management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within regional areas (Washington/Virginia/Maryland/Delaware).

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and develop associates to improve performance.
• Coach and develop department managers and staff.
• Drive revenue through merchandising and promotions.
• Ensure safety, SOP compliance, and store readiness.
• Monitor KPIs and labor management.
• Partner with corporate, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain customer service excellence and a welcoming environment.
