Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure store is clean, stocked, organized and up to Circle K standards.
• Maintain professional image and support supervisors and subordinates.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and keep the site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to staff.
