Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
• Learn to manage, analyze, and reconcile monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
• Support store operations, ensure compliance with policies.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve concerns proactively.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, store merchandising, and sales strategies.
• Complete management skills training.
