Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets.
• Plan action steps for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Take full store responsibility in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses for profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies and standards per manuals and memos.
