Job summary

In the absence of the Store Manager, the MIT will assume supervisory responsibilities, guide staff, manage inventory movement, and drive profitability while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as acting Store Manager in absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Maintain inventory awareness, sales data, and expenses to support profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department responsibilities and standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote store services and merchandise.
