Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Team player with a passion for customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Step in for Store Manager in their absence.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities.
• Communicate inventory movement and customer trends to management.
• Ensure quality customer service is maintained.
• Produce extraordinary service per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell Hibbett services and merchandise.
• Uphold company policies and standards from manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risk.
